Track Your Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to notify you that processing has started.
Potential Delays
If the total delivery time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at info@serablu.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that your order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched, so if you no longer want to keep the item, you can request a return after delivery by following the procedure outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.
