To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Once your email has been received, we will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange accordingly.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us promptly at info@serablu.com, including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost.
