Return Conditions
You can return items 30 days after delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@serablu.com. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Prepare your items: Before sending your items back, please make sure they are unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

Ship the parcel: Use a reliable courier service with tracking. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Confirmation: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm its status and proceed with the next step (refund or exchange, depending on your request).

Cancellations

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that your order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched, so if you no longer want to keep the item, you can request a return after delivery by following the procedure above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
